What you’ll need to get started is providing: 30 days worth of Pay Stubs, the last two years W2s/Taxes, and two most current bank statements. However, there are programs where some, if not all, of these items can be waived but it’s best we discuss these other programs in person. Knowing what you can afford is critical to a successful home shopping experience!

PREPARING FOR CLOSING:
You will be finalizing your loan, reviewing documents, and discussing the findings from the inspection. Your agent will be managing this entire process for you.
This is the transfer of funds and ownership. A title company or an attorney typically acts as an independent third party to facilitate the closing.
